Because our health consultations, digital blueprints, and supplement formulas are 100% personalized and custom-made for your specific biometric data, we cannot accept physical returns of products once they have been shipped. Opened or custom-formulated wellness products cannot be resold or reused.

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you do not experience a noticeable improvement in your energy, focus, or overall wellness, or if you are unsatisfied with your personalized consultation blueprint within the first 30 days of your initial order, we want to make it right.

  • You do not need to ship the physical products back to us.

  • Simply reach out to our dedicated support team at support@mirenval.com.

  • Explain your experience, and we will issue a full refund (minus any original shipping fees) directly back to your original payment method.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your custom package arrives damaged, broken, or if there is an error in your personalized order due to our handling:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@mirenval.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include a photo of the damaged packaging or item.

  • We will immediately rush a complimentary replacement order to your door at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund if preferred.

3. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

  • Future Cycles: You can pause, modify, or cancel your monthly custom wellness subscription at any time with a single click through your customer dashboard.

  • Cut-off Time: To avoid being charged for your next recurring cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Processed Orders: Once a monthly subscription order has been processed, custom-formulated, and shipped, that specific month’s charge cannot be refunded retroactively. Your cancellation will apply to all subsequent billing cycles.

4. How Long Will My Refund Take?

Once approved, our team processes your refund immediately. You will receive an email confirmation. Please remember it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company (Stripe, PayPal, Visa, etc.) to process and post the refund to your account.
